SHAME! SHAME! HEAR! HEAR!

Last wik, i received an invitation from my former dean in student affairs in the person of LEonardo Enr. Labadnoy... this involves a debate competition of his classes in argumentation and debate from both pasig and boni campuses... ofcourse, as a sign of my respect from my former mentor, i gladly accept the task of being the judge on the said competition... my schedule is march 13, wednesday...

Sir Leo is the former Dean of RTU department of Student affairs,,, sya na ung naabutan ko dun since pagpasok ko sa rtu... maputi, mtangkad, payat, malabo ang mata, at my bigote si Dean labadnoy... With all honesty, he was my mentor then when i was in the student council... merong mga tumutuligsa sa knya, peo i support him all the way, in fact kahit pag alis nya my mga intriga p dn sa knya n binabato... perp sa huli, nagtagumpay siya,,, magaling eh...

Bakit ko ba siya naging topoic ngaun,,, siguro dahil masasabi ko na ang mga katulad ni Dean Leo ang dapat maging simbolo ng mga educators ngaun, he always give inspiration not only to his students but also in his colleagues in the profession... sabi ko nga, maswerte ako naabutan ko syang dean ng dsa, ung mga panahong walang dalahan ng paso as punishment pg my violations kng ngawa... hahaha

Dean Leo, kung mababasa mu lng to, just want to say that im so proud of you... and i am grateful to the Alnighty for he gave us a person lyk u... Kudos!!!

Ang Pagbabalik ni bhOkito

bwahahaha!!! i'm back!!!

kmusta naman ang mga tagasubaybay ng blog na ito... medyo matagal ako nabakante dahil na din sa mga bagay-bagay na aking pinagtutuunan ng pansin... sobrang dami... salamt na din at medyo nabawasan ang pgkabusy ko ngaun dahil bakasyon na sa jru!!! yehey... kya asahan nyo ang mga entries ko dito...

nakakamiss din magsulat dito (akala mu dami ng naisulat eh noh) well, i want to share lng nman some experiences na i know one way or another eh makakatulong din sa inyo... i just hope that this endeavor will pursue syempre wid d help of God who is always for me!

haaaayyyy... medyo madami ako namiss ikwento, peo sna ds year lage na ako my entry para masaya... medyo madami din akong pinagdaanan ng mga pagdudusa ngaun... grabe... mga gabing walang tulog kakabasa ng mga kaso ng mga taong makontrobersyal... pagkompute ng mga grades na halos negative na tlaga... magturo ng mga estdyanteng nakatunganga lng sayo... magsulat sa blackboard hanggang mapuno... kumain ng madami... at higit sa lhat matulog ng hindi sapat...

peo masaya n ako ngaun dahil bakasyon na... at least makakatulog na ako ulet ng maayos at maeenjoy ko na ung bahay namin... hehehe... so pano,,, wait n lng kayo sa mga susunod na entry ko ha!!! hop u enjoy it...

weeepeee... my blog n pla tlaga ako,,, hehehe kya lng medyo hindi ako mkapagsulat lage, well, dame kc gnagawa, kaya wala ako tym, as in...

pero pg nkuha ko na ung special gadget na nais kongbilhin sa linggo,,, aba, expect na lage na ako my entry sa blog na to. (sna nga mabili ko na, mukhang my humarang sa biyaya eh, hehehe)

salamat sa mabait kong kaibigan na si Propesora Tintin Pinca, she advised me to be jolly in my blog, hehehe, mukha dw kc seryoso, hehehe, yung experience kc na isinulat ko sa na unang entry ay para kay Cong. Gonzales kya kylangan seryoso,,, hehehe... salamat mam tin sa comment, hehehe,

oh cge, gawa na muna matutulog na muna ako, hehehe, kakatapos ko lng mapuno ang gutom kong tyan, hehehe... (sna makatulog ako, ang ingay dito sa faculty eh,) hehehe,,,

My 1st Semester experience as law student & professor of political science...

It has been more or less four months since I set my foot here at the Jose Rizal University, College of law yet the memoir of my schooldays in my alma matter, Rizal Technological University always put me in nostalgia. Whenever I would stand in front of a class, since I am an instructor teaching Political Science subjects, I can not help but recall how I was once a student like them, gasping for learning and tirelessly endeavoring to achieve high grades, thank God, if not for that passion for achievements, I would not have been a cum laude. I remember how I came to understand how important formal education is; it was when I inclined myself in student governance, which served as a vehicle for me to do outreach programs, and whenever, we would go to places, where a helping hand is a necessity, seeing how prevalent hunger is, how education is somewhat not given that credence since what matter most to them are the basic commodities.

A country that always strives for excellence but often fails to live up to its goal and intention for corruption consumes the good intention of our fellowmen. My motivation in life is my dream of becoming a lawyer; and now I am gradually realizing it.

There could be no better opportunity to make my ambition a reality than the scholarship that was given to me by the benevolent congressman of Mandaluyong, Hon.Neptali Gonzales.

Then, I usually sleep at around 11:00 pm and get out of bed at 9:00 am, now, I have to deprive my self of sleep in order to accommodate the insurmountable requirements in law school, I sleep at around 2:00am and wake-up at 5:00am to start a whole day’s activity. I have no time to be idle, I have to read, read and read again. Even in lunch breaks have to be spent wisely, I have to eat just for 5 minutes and then use the remaining time to read. I no longer have the luxury of time to spend with my family and friends and most especially to my dearest but seemingly neglected girlfriend. An awful truth that I have to live by, day by day up until I earn myself of the title, “Attorney”. I came to realize now how important every minute is, the hard way indeed.

If I have but two improvements because of this labor, it would be that I learned to be time-efficient. I learned very well how difficult life in law school is but there is no other way but to traverse this path that is thorny in order for me to reach that rose scented success of passing the bar exam and the other improvement would be that I have been closer to God, I became prayerful and to devout myself to a commitment to go to church every first Friday of the month.

In my one-semester stay at Jose Rizal University, College of Law, I have been changed to a more responsible and positive-looking person, motivated by the burning desire to be excellent.
